since when did "being a good witness" mean being well-liked by everybody or seeking satisfaction from others?

    Hah, jk. It's definitely not the opposite either, though. I sometimes fall victim to that belief.

    Your belief (not saying it's really yours.. just that you mentioned it) happens when one values love over truth. Mine happens when one values truth over love.
